Pune Running is back with the 30 Days Abs Challenge from April 1 – Apr 30.
The 30 day abs challenge has 4 different exercises which you have to do each day, and the time spent doing the exercise slowly increases day by day to help you build up your core body muscle strength gradually, ensuring you are able to complete the final day of the challenge easily.
You only have to do the amount of time shown on the 30 day abs challenge chart once per day, however if you are feeling brave then you can repeat each days challenge as many times as you like – however remember by day 30 it will be very hard to do multiple times.

Why Should you do the Abs Challenge
30 day challenges have multiple benefits. You train yourself to be disciplinary. It’s great for your self esteem, how great is that feeling when you went from 20 second planing to a full 2 minutes? Also, when you repeat something for 30 days you subconsciously teach yourself to add a certain routine to your lifestyle. When you have done crunches for 30 days, how hard is it to keep doing them twice a week?
30 Day Challenge is a start to the six packs not the end. So you are not going to look like John Abraham. The idea is more to help you run better and with less injuries and the Core goes a long way in that
How do you register for the Pune Running 30 Day Abs Challenge
Go and Register for the 30 Day Abs Challenge in the Browser of your Mobile or Desktop or click on this link (http://www.endomondo.com/challenges/27680176 )
You will have to install Endomondo on your Mobile or you can use their Website to make the daily Entries. You must have a login on Endomondo for this Challenge.
Tip: Incase the Link does not work – Check your profile and see that you are registered with your country as India else this link does not work.
What do you have to do Every Day
Use the Chart given above or use the free 30 Day Ab Challenge to do your daily Workout from April 1 – April 30 – 2016
Once you have done your Workout go to Endomondo and Add a New Workout with the Sport as Circuit Training.
On the App you can Go to History, Click on the Plus Sign and add your Workout.
And that’s it. The details will get collated and you will be able to see everybody from Pune Running and where they are in the Challenge
Remember to Add your Workout with the Sport as Circuit Training else it will not get updated in the challenge.
